South Carolina SNAP Payment Schedule

When receiving South Carolina SNAP benefits you are given a South Carolina EBT Card. Each month your EBT card is refilled through the Electronic Benefits Transfer system with the amount you were approved for when you applied for South Carolina food stamps. Benefits are made available for new and re-entering applicants applying as of September 1, 2012 from the 1st to the 19th of every month, based on the last digit of the SNAP case number.

Didn't Receive My South Carolina SNAP Payment

If you believe you do not receive your South Carolina EBT payment this month and it is past the payment date listed above, then you would need to contact the South Carolina Department of Social Services, who head up the SNAP program.
