Indiana SNAP Payment Schedule

When receiving Indiana SNAP benefits you are given a Indiana Hoosier Works Card. Each month your EBT card is refilled through the Electronic Benefits Transfer system with the amount you were approved for when you applied for Indiana food stamps. It is important to know when your card gets refilled each month, so that you can better plan your food stamp purchases at stores that are authorized SNAP retailers. Indiana SNAP Payment Schedule

Benefits are made available from the 1st to the 10th of every month, based on the first letter of the recipient’s last name.

First Letter Of Last Name Benefits Available
A or B 1st of the month
C or D 2nd of the month
E/F or G 3rd of the month
H or I 4th of the month
J/K or L 5th of the month
M or N 6th of the month
O/P/Q or R 7th of the month
S 8th of the month
T/U or V 9th of the month
W/X/Y or Z 10th of the month
TANF benefits are issued on the first of the month

Didn't Receive My Indiana SNAP Payment

If you believe you do not receive your Indiana EBT payment this month and it is past the payment date listed above, then you would need to contact the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, who head up the SNAP program.
